What I am Reading

Books By Mira Kirshenbaum (Always A Go To Author)

I love recommending my clients to read books by Mira Kirshenbaum. I am a big fan of her comprehensive content and relevant topics that dive beyond the surface level. Her writing style is so easy to read, understand, and digest while talking about complex content. She is a prolific writer covering topics that range from how to rebuild trust after infidelity to how to build your emotional energy output. She always packs her books full of with interventions and exercises clients can do as homework outside of session.

If you can’t tell I am a super fan and recently was doing cartwheels when she commented on our practice’s social media page when she saw our post about reading one of her books in our book club. I hope to have her on the podcast one day, so in case you are reading this Mira-give me a call!!!

Here are my favorite referrals of books written by Mira Kirshenbaum to recommend to clients:
